Questions, answered
Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp — we usually reply in a few minutes.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 4 November 2026 are delivered before Diwali. Delhi NCR gets same-day or next-day delivery; the rest of India takes 2–4 working days. Every order ships with tracking on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
UPI (apnagang@upi), cards, net banking, or cash on delivery. There is no prepayment needed to place an order — we confirm everything on WhatsApp first.
Are the sweets fresh?
Mithai is made in small batches and packed within 48 hours of dispatch. We ship sweets only to pin codes we can reach in 3 days, so nothing arrives stale.
Can I add a personal note?
Yes — every hamper includes a handwritten card, free. Send the message on WhatsApp and we'll write it for you.
What if something arrives broken?
Diyas and glassware are bubble-wrapped, but festive travel is rough. Send a photo within 48 hours and we ship a replacement or refund you — your choice.
